Restaurants
Like most fine resorts the Palazzo has an abundance of fine dining. What sets the Palazzo apart for me is the level of libido that every venue in the Palazzo and Venetian seems to have. Everything from the music, the service and the wait staff are all play an integral part in creating a uniquely seductive vibe. During my stay I had the opportunity check out a few notable hot spots spots:
Lavo
If you like the dining vibe at Tao, you’ll love the Inspired Italian at Lavo. The high energy scene feels like dining at a night club and makes it a great destination for a night out. Dine downstairs in the restaurant and take the action to the next level upstairs at the club.

CARNEVINO
At the risk of overstating the obvious, if you like steak and wine CarneVino should be at the top of your list. Meats are expertly prepared and rubbed with sea salt, black pepper and fresh rosemary. Meals are complimented by a variety of handmade pastas and a serious wine list. The menu also features organic veal and one of the best hamburgers on the planet! The Carnevino burger is composed of 3 different cuts of prime angus beef and served on a potato roll which comes from a local bakery. It’s served with a choice of Vermont sharp, cheddar or gorgonzola dolce as well as house potato chips dusted with parmigiano reggiano and pimenton or arugula salad. I’ll put the burger at Carnavino up there with the best of them!

DAL TORO
Hungry for some adrenaline? Then head over to Dal Toro, Italian cuisine in an exotic car showcase. Make a reservation for lunch, dinner or a test drive. I took the Ferrari F 430 for a run down Las Vegas Blvd and hit a nice stretch of open road behind the resort complex. 100mph through the streets of Las Vegas at 2 in the afternoon! I usually only drive that fast at 2am. Dal Toro also has one of the best patios on the strip.

FIRST
They say First is the best last stop after a night of hanging out at the Palazzo. Why not keep the party going with a late night snack in a laid back ultra lounge? I stopped in before heading out the club and checked out a couple of favorites on their late night menu. Mojito Lamb chops and walnut shrimp were just a few notable items on the menu along the standard mini burgers and chicken wings. All that along with great drinks and a funky playlist make First a great place to chill whether you're starting your evening or welcoming in a new morning.
